The law of assumption is a potent tool for bringing your ideal existence into being. It states that in order to make something happen, you must first assume the feeling of having already achieved it. This means that you should focus on the positive aspects of what your goal would be like, and not on the doubts or fears that may arise. By doing this, you create a powerful force of attraction that will help to manifest your goal.

The law of assumption is a tried and true method for achieving your goals. You can use this law to create the life you desire by following the simple steps that are mentioned in this blog post.

When used correctly, the law of assumption can help you achieve anything you want in life.

Different Techniques To Apply The Law

There are several ways to apply the law of assumption in your own life. One way is to visualize your perfect day.

Close your eyes and imagine waking up in the morning feeling happy and excited about the day ahead.

Visualize yourself accomplishing all of your goals and enjoying all of the wonderful experiences you have planned.

Another way to apply this principle is by affirming your goals. Affirmations are positive statements that you recite to yourself daily.

They help to keep your focus on what you want to achieve, and they can help to manifest your dreams into reality.

How To Get Started With Using The Law Of Assumption Today

Do you want to start manifesting your dream life today? I know it sounds pretty exciting and unique, but I’ve seen people failing in it because they think it’s a magic wand that will bring their desires in just seconds (however, time is an illusion).

Before digging deeper, you must learn the initial principles and steps to help you achieve your dream life, house, specific person, or maybe thousands of followers on medium.

Let’s learn step by step how to manifest your dream life:

Step #1. Identify your desires

This is the most crucial step; many people out there are not happy with their lives; they want to change their lives, but whenever they are being asked, what do they want? They stare at you with their blank face because they don’t actually know what they want in their lives.

They don’t know about their goals and aspirations if they want to have a house, a considerable sum of money, or travel the world.

So, to manifest something, you should know what you want and your desire? But wait, Gulrukh! How would I know what I want? Well, that’s not a problem.

Sit down at some peaceful place, become aware of your surroundings, watch your thoughts, don’t judge or give meaning to your thoughts, just watch what thoughts you are having.

Now take a deep breath, inhale, and exhale at the count of four. Become more and more aware of your inner body. Keep taking deep breaths until you feel a sense of peace in your mind and body.

And then ask yourself, What do I want? Don’t come to an answer by your mind; let your inner self give you the answer.

You will definitely get your answer. Just keep focusing and don’t give meaning (also don’t rush).

This is a great way to identify your desires; it’s not the worldly things that we want. It’s the feeling that wants to be validated. Once you have a vision of what you want, you can begin to take steps towards making it a reality.

Step #2. Imagine your desire as already a fact

The next step is to imagine the desire or wish you want to achieve. Today, before falling asleep, make your body relax, bring the vision to your mind’s eyes, and imagine a scene that implies that your desire is already fulfilled.

Involve all your senses in the scene, and imagine from the first person point of view.

How would you feel if your desire is already now a fact? Are you in peace? Can you see your desire already being a fact?

Suppose you want a car, now the scene would be, you have keys of your car in your hand, you can feel the touch of the keys, you can feel the material of the key in your hand, how’s it touch? You can see your hand and keys in it, but you cannot see yourself; that’s the first person.

Imagine a scene that would imply that your desire is fulfilled. Imagine having your keys in your hand, feel it, see your friend standing in front of you, and hear him congratulating you for your new car. Move your hand towards him to shake his hand, feel his hand in your hand.

That’s the feeling I’m talking about! Feel and imagine the desire as already fulfilled. The feeling doesn’t mean an emotion. Feelings here represent all the senses.

Make the scene shorter of 5–6 seconds only and repeat it over and over again until you fall asleep until a feeling of peace or relief comes. Don’t try to make the scene perfect; the feeling is the secret only.

You are planting the seed for what you want to manifest in your life by doing this. And the seed will grow on its own.

Step #3. Continue With Your Routine Life

Here comes another crucial part, once you are done with the imagination session. Continue with your routine life, don’t get obsessed with your desire or don’t get attached to the outcome. Don’t look and search for your desire in your life. Let it come to you on its own.

Just enjoy imagining it at night or morning as our subconscious is most active before sleep, and after waking up, we are at theta state at these hours.

The key is not to get attached to the outcome or become obsessed with the desire, as this can actually hinder the manifestation process. Simply relax and let the subconscious do its work!

As I mentioned above, the seed will grow on it’s own.

As Neville Goddard said, When you plant the seed in the ground, you don’t dig every other day to see if it’s grown. You water it daily, and sooner you get the flower out of it.
